Biography

PhD Researcher – Electrical Engineering, University of Pavia

Research activity focuses on renewable energy integration, smart grids, distributed generation, and optimization techniques for modern electrical distribution systems, with particular emphasis on power system stability and control.

Khaled Fettah is a researcher in Electrical Engineering working in the field of smart grids, renewable energy integration, and modern power systems. His research activity focuses on distributed generation, optimization methodologies, power system stability and control, and techno-economic assessment of renewable energy systems for resilient and sustainable electrical networks.

He obtained his PhD in Electrical Networks from the University of El Oued, Algeria, with a thesis focused on enhancing electrical grid stability through renewable energy integration. He also holds both MSc and BSc degrees in Electrical Networks and Renewable Energy from Mohamed Khider University, Algeria.

Throughout his academic career, he has been involved in several international research and teaching activities, including research collaborations with the University of Pavia and Riga Technical University. His experience includes teaching activities in artificial intelligence techniques, power quality, and laboratory instruction in electrical engineering disciplines.

His research interests combine optimization techniques, distributed energy resources, smart grid technologies, and renewable energy planning, with particular emphasis on improving efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in modern electrical distribution systems.
